Project Soli

On the last day of Google I/O 2016, google introduce people with its new project "Project Soli" . This project is demonstrated in a smartwatch as a prototype. And thing that can sit in a watch can be used in any electronic gadget.


This project is introduced to control devices those have small display and can not be operated by physical contact/touch. Project Soli uses a radar technology to identify the gesture made by a human and send signal to device to work accordingly. This is the small chip of size 8mm *10mm contain the entire set of sensors and antenna array. Its sensors are very effective that can even tracks a sub-millimeter motion with high accuracy.

As soon this chip enters your device , from the very next moment you can see the magic , now, you can control your device just by making gestures in air and there is no more need to rub your thumb on device touch to control it.

But the bad news is that it will take a time to launch the gadgets in market with this tech.
